Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Walking the trails with our two littles and a good cross training session in our living room!
I love to run with my husband. It?s such a fun competition to see who can go the farthest.
We love to eat sushi together, especially before a Spartan race!
I can’t say what my husband said to put as top favorite workout activity, so we’ll go with our second favorite; which is hiking. ?
My husband and I love walking/running at the park with our puppy or any where outdoors. We are both super competitive and love challenging each other. Working out together makes us stronger as a couple!
We love to walk at night together. We live in AZ near a lake and we walk the lake and talk about day, dreams and goals. He is much more in shape than me and could prob run it but he choses to walk twice as long to help me too. Great quality time together off the couch!
I love to hike and run with my hubby. He’d probably say he’d rather ride horses than anything else!
We love to go hiking! Especially we like to find places we?ve nevertheless gone and try new trails!
With two small children we are always looking to do something that can involve the entire family. Recently we’ve been bring the kids on walks through a local trail (White Pine Trail in MI) which begins in our city and stretches 92 miles north.
MY husband and I love to rollerblade together. It was one of the first things we did dating and we continue now when we can get away from the kids even for an hour during the week to stay connected and talk. It’s been a great quick at home date. We’d love to continue trying new acfivivties together and keep moving! Sometimes the activity is ridiculous and I can’t help but laugh but it’s with my husband so it’s worth it! ???
