America’s Fittest Couple 2 Workout + Entry Giveaway

Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉 

But really, with these kind of results (see below), how could we say no to a round 2?!   1. My husband and I are high school sweethearts, but then went our separate ways in our early 20?s. We both had bad marriages and reconnected via Facebook. Now we have been together for 5 yrs married 4 and have combined a daughter and two boys. We kayak and hike together. I struggle with my weight since I had to have a full hysterectomy at 33 yrs old. Now 38 I?m trying hard to do the treadmill, weight train and eat cleaner but still not having success. I would love to have your help for my husband and I! Thank you for all you both do!!

  2. I Like to walk my dog and ride my bike daily. He likes to go on his bike for 20 minutes daily.
    It?s hard to get him motivated. I try!

  3. We love hiking with our 3 little boys! It’s hard to find the time for ourselves so we try to stay active with them…

  4. Our favorite activity to do together is the Pat Tillman run every year that we can (we are military so we aren’t always able to be home for it)! We also love to go kayaking with our kids!

  5. My hubby and I do not have a favorite physical activity, but love to walk and travel together. It is tougher to go for walks now that we have our kids. We both work out separate, but dream about having a good reason to workout together! My hubby is more a gym guy and I am the home workouts. I just started the Trasnformation app. And love it! I would love to participate and win!
