Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Hubs and I along with our 4 kiddos like to bike ride, take walks, hike, and play frisbee golf! We have fun challenging each other during workouts in our home gym when we get time!
We use to work out weekly in the gym lifting together, but now it seems we’re so busy and I really miss the gym but we do camp and go to the lake together a lot. We love to do water sports like wakeboardig and surfing and have even gotten our 4yr old involved!
My wife and I like to take our dog out for walks. We are trying to get back into working out again. We used to take classes together, run occasional 5k races and lift weights in our basement. Hope you pick is sp we can get back into a healthy lifestyle again!
we recently got super into indoor rock climbing! We go to our climbing gym at least 3 times a week – it’s an awesome workout and it is a huge confidence booster!
I love to go on hikes with my wife and daughter. I usually am carrying my 3 year old on my back and my wife carries the water. Working out with my wife brings me so much joy.
My husband and I love to take high intensity classes together. As of lately, we stopped working out and let ourselves go. Life hit us hard and we are trying to get back in it. This would be a wonderful push for us! It?s been several months since either of us saw the inside of a gym. We also like to dance and take our puppy on walks together! Really hope to be chosen for this transformation!
We love to hike! This time of year, mother nature puts on quite the show, making every second worthwhile in every way possible.
My husband and I like to backpack together, recently though we are waking a lot with our 3 month old baby! Time for this new mom and Dad to get fit so we can keep up with our little man when he starts moving! He is going to be a runner, I can tell!!
Does SEX count?!?! Lol because we love doing that together ????
Life is busy with three children and both my husband and I being shift workers. Our schedule allows us to have every second Friday off together so after enjoying breakfast together, we hit up 9 Rounds for a friendly, competitive 30 minutes of HIIT.
