America’s Fittest Couple 2 Workout + Entry Giveaway

Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉 

But really, with these kind of results (see below), how could we say no to a round 2?! So once again, Chris and I are collaborating with Oxygen Magazine for America?s Fittest Couple Challenge …part 2.   1. Our favorite thing to do is running. We have done multiple half marathons together at disney and love challenging each other to be better than the previous day!

  2. Our favorite workout activity is going to the sports complex down the street. She’ll go run and I’ll walk/jog. We like to do some rope work when we get the chance

  4. My husband and I are parents to 8 so our activities usually revolve around them. We love outdoor activities but it’s been years….. We honeymooned in Hawaii which why the post caught our eye(as we are not big social media people). We’ve been telling ourselves we both need to get with it and get healthy. Incentives always help!!

  5. My amazing husband and I usually like to do HIT. We like to keep moving and we also just completed our first 5k together!! And I?m the one who usually does it, and I finally got him to do it!! And he loved it! He wants to do more!! He also enjoys helping me train for my soccer games!! Sometimes when we gym together our schedules are a little off and we end up working out alone and then meet up for some cardio!! Doing this program can really help us get into a better groove than we already are!!! Cu let?s be honest running after our 1 year old isn?t excerize enough for us!! I really need help losing my baby pouch!! And I?m sure y?all will really help with that!!

  6. I LOVE working out with my husband but he thinks I’m too competitive;). My favorite of all workout so is a nice long hike up one of our local mountains.

  7. My husband and I love to play volleyball together every Tuesday morning. We are just starting to get into a healthier lifestyle, and i just started getting into weightlifting. I’m talking him into doing this challenge with me. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far and reaching my goals has inspired him to work out with me!

  8. We mostly like to go outside and play with our kids. However, we also enjoy hiking. I personally like intense workouts and crossfit but I’m still trying to persuade him on those ones.. I’m sure a Chris and Heidi Powell contest would do the trick 😉

  9. Me and my boyfriend’s favorite activities together is working out, lifting, running and jogging I do more of the running lol and we love golfing together it’s my boyfriend’s favorite. Any chance that we get to be outside and hang out with one another is what we love the best, playing with our dogs and always encouraging one another to keep pushing and fighting towards our fitness goals.
