Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! We love the outdoors and just taking in views for our workout we enjoy walking … yes as simple as it sounds we walk everywhere especially places where the out come is usually a breath taking view.. we like to explore many difffent places as we motivate eachother to just get to the view. We may get tired but , Once we get there it is always worth it.
We like to weight train together and also biking outdoors! Lately life has been getting in the way and this would be a great fresh start for us!!
Me and my cousin/ best friend Jannel would love to do this challenge. We love to go hiking and runing anything to get us outside. We would love to do this challenge because as we do love fitness we sometimes tend to fall off the wagon, but if we are committed to something we give it 110%. This fitness challenge will help us get back in to fitness and being active.

My favorite workout of all time to do is resistance training or OCR challenges. My husband is my workout buddy. And we already stay active without two daughters. But when we get alone time, our other favorite things to do is hiking, cycling or running. We are each other’s cheerleaders and push each other constantly.
Currently our schedules make it difficult to do much of anything but we go walking, play basketball or play with kids in the yard when we can. My hubby was talking about doing something like this last night so….. woke up and saw this first thing! I think it’s a sign loll!
