Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Our favourite way to stay active together is getting hot and working hard during interval training at a Bootcamp over the weekend! 🙂
Our favorite activity together is “attempting” to keep up with our boys. Could really use this motivation.
My boyfriend and I enjoy nature runs and weight training. I am a single mother and he lives out of town so we don?t get a lot of time alone. When we have time together we choose to run outside where we can take my 2 year old or we lift weights in a circuit workout after the kiddo goes to bed. This gives us a chance to bond while incorporating fitness in our life.
I can’t wait to start your challenge. Our wedding is in 4 months and we need a good kick in the butt to get us in the best shape possible. My fianc? is in the military so he loves to be in good shape. We recently went home for a month and fell off our eating healthy and workout routine. We love to lift and do hiit workouts.
My favorite thing to do with my husband is hike! We even bring our little one along for extra resistance ?! I love the outdoors, visiting new places and seeing the view from the top.

My name is Jasmine My husband Jon and I have 4 boys. We are constantly taking them to do things outside. My oldest boy loves to workout with us and is self motivated to get up and run all by himself. My baby is 7 months now and I’ve lost 28 pounds, but We sure could use a push to get us back in shape.

My workout partner is my husband Kevin! He is military and is prepping for deployment in January so we are training together currently for that. We love running together and getting our kids involved as we sprint around our neighborhood and make a game out of it so the whole family gets in on the action.
Hi Heidi! My workout partner is my husband Juan. He is my inspiration as he lost 100lbs a few years ago on his own with self control and hard work. We got married 2 years ago, and are starting to settle into the 30s weigh gain with long hours at work, stress,etc. we signed up for our first tuff mudder half, and have totally fallen in love with tabata style training and kettle bells. Thanks for all you and Chris do, every time we watched your show we felt inspired and pumped up (and also guilty about what we ate for dinner). #balance 🙂
Hey Heidi!
My husband and I enjoy running together and hiking up stone mountain. We used to be very active, going for runs around the mountain with our daughter(3years) in her stroller. We recently had a little boy (6 weeks old) so we have been out of our fitness routine. We were very active before the pregnancy and stayed active during. Unfortunately at 30 weeks pregnant I had a placental abruption and was put on bed rest. We are so ready to get back into our fitness routine. This would be the perfect challenge!!
My workout buddy is my husband.
We have just sold our businesses giving him time and a new focus to improve his health & fitness . We walk the dogs and have started weight training together and we’re building his Cardio up by running ? & biking ? together in the mountains.
