Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉

My hubby and I love being active together. We really love getting outside and doing things outdoors that don’t really feel like we’re “exercising” but just keeping ourselves active
My husband and I loved hiking, it gives us time to enjoy nature and quality time with each other. We come from different backgrounds regarding health/fitness so it has been a journey for both of us. I’m so proud of where we’ve come with pursuit working out together and achieving our goals. Now we love working out, whether it’s together or on our own time. We are actively pursuing a healthy future together, not just for us but for our future children and grandchildren! (They won’t be able to keep up with us! ?).
My husband and I have started teaching our 5 year old to play tennis. It?s so fun to be outside together and being active.
My hubby and I are in the Army Reserves and we need this! I?m currently pregnant with out third baby! We need some help getting back into army standards after the baby! Our favorite activity to do together is … sexercize lol but outside of that we like to hike together when time allows! We also enjoy trips to the gym together doing weights, elliptical or treadmill.
My fiance and I began our relationship by running together while I trained for my first marathon, and now take spin classes together. We are in a long distance relationship, so its how we spend time together when he visits.
My husband and I love to play with our five kids 7 and under outside whether it be hiking, biking or jumping on the trampoline:)
My husband and I have a home gym in the garage. We love getting to do our Transform app workouts together when our schedules allow it!
My favorite activity to do with my workout partner is spending time outside- walking, hiking and biking!
My husband and I love going to Orangetheory fitness to get our workouts in, as well as going on walks with our daughter!
My boyfriend and I started as workout partners and then ended up dating. We work at the same place so we would run before, yoga over lunch at the gym and lift after work. We also love to hike anywhere – including on our travels and kayak out at Bartlett Lake. I was in a car accident back in March that has derailed our training and fitness, but we are ready to get back at it and a little competition is the perfect jump start!!
