Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! My husband and I just recently started working out together at 5 am before the chaos of the day begins with 3 very young children. We love lifting weights and adding in some cross training. It has definitely been the best thing for our marriage! We’ve never done a program like this and are excited to give it a go!!
We love to work out together. We do your transform app and we like to run together while our kids bike ride along with us.
My hubby and I run early in the morning 2-3 miles before we hit the weights at home…

We like to go on long walks together and have dived into biking a bit. We?ve been together for almost 8 years and just got married in May. He wants to shed massive pounds and I want to get fit. We need a workout routine like you described in this challenge to make it possible with our crazy work schedules and to make us want to follow through with our goals. We?ve started different workout ?plans? before and work has always seemed to get in the way. I believe that we can do this…together with your help! Please pick us!
We like to run and indoor rock climb together.
My hubby and I love to hike in the VA Blue Ridge Mountains. Since having our son after severe fertility issues our weight has gotten out of control! We want to take that control back!
We ? to weight train together. We also love to take hikes & power walks!!!! Surprisingly due to our crazy schedules, we work out together the most on vacation and have theeee best workouts then!!! We love beach workouts!!!! Our kids are grown and we have taken this season of our life to focus on ourselves!!!!
We go on walks at least 5? per week for 2 miles! We even make our kiddos join!
My husband and I love to kayak! We live in Florida so we can so year round!
Our favorites are… ANYTHING that we can get a good (healthy) bootie kicking competition started with! We started with xfit about 2 years ago…after 2 little boys joined our team. Since then we have done yoga, spartan raced, tough muddered and are really up for any challenge! Motivated and hungry for more we started tracking macros 6 months ago. I’ve lost just over 50lbs and my hubs hit a loss of 80 last month. It’s now time for the next level! We worked hard to loose the love weight but we want the tone, the definition and the muscle mass!
This is super cheesy, but we like to do synchronized pull ups and meet over the top of the bar with a kiss ?. We also ride bikes together and do burpees with our daughters (my kids do burpees for fun!!)
