America’s Fittest Couple 2 Workout + Entry Giveaway

Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉 

But really, with these kind of results (see below), how could we say no to a round 2?!   1. Boxing!!! (hitting mitts, boxing drills and foot work) My fianc? has thought me boxing from the ground up and I absolutely love it.

  2. We don’t really ever workout together. Maybe go on some walks. I’m hoping this challenge can motivate us both!

  3. We love to lift together, try crossfit gyms together and generally just support each others workout desires. While I strive in a group setting my husband strives with independent lifting but we both support and encourage each others goals. Recently we had a baby and both took a lot of time away from the gym and are anxious to return to our previous level of fitness but struggle to find the time and energy. This challenge would be a great fire under our rears to do more!

  4. Our favorite activity is going to the gym and supporting one another on a regular basis and being there to encourage one another when the other doesn?t quite feel that confident. If one of says we want to try a new box gym or workout class we have one another to lean on when we?re reluctant to try something new alone.

  5. I am so excited about this challenge! My husband, Nick, and I, love taking our new baby boy, Caden, on long stroller walks. Caden is our first child, and we have both been struggling to find our way back to our workout routines while still enjoying our little one. But we have been getting to the gym together when we can, and I have been working hard to fit in at least one at-home workout a day with Caden. Caden is now five months old, so I am feeling ready to get back to high impact exercises. Thank you for all the information and motivation on your blog and Instagram. You have been a lifesaver for this new mama.
