America’s Fittest Couple 2 Workout + Entry Giveaway

Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉 

But really, with these kind of results (see below), how could we say no to a round 2?!   1. My partner love going to the gym together for the longest time . We love going camping being outdoors is great for mindfulness and getting away from electronics and all the everyday things to do what?s important and have quality time together.

  2. My husband and I’s favorite activity is boating and hanging with our dogs, but we also enjoy our 5am workouts and are ready to take it to the next level!

  3. My husband and I love to lift together. He always gives me that extra push and motivation I need. We never get to workout together anymore since our son was born, but we?re looking forward to getting back to the gym TOGETHER soon!

  4. Our favorite workout to do together is to just take a nice Jog and clear our minds while we just talk to each other we don’t get very much time alone with a young child so just getting away for a little bit it really fun. We also occasionally do push up challenges or squat challenges with each other.

  5. My husband and I just go on family walks. We really need to work out more but we just don?t know where to start.

  7. We have just started a routine where we do yoga every night. It’s so fun to do something together and it is good for both of us as exactly one year ago today we were in an accident that left us both with chronic pain. I have put on a lot
    of weight this year but I know with a motivator like this challenge him and I could both get better than before.

  8. My husband and I love to be outdoors. Anything where we can get lost for an hour or so together away from the newborn and toddler.
