Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Honestly we enjoy doing all things together. We walk through the neighborhood (although winter is fast approaching us here in NY). We also love to challenge each other to just be the healthiest person we can be. That way we are around for many years to come for each other.
We need more consistency in our lives. We ARE notorious for starting and stopping in our fitness journey. We both enjoy lifting weights but finances and space keep us from doing this together at the same time.
Thank you for all you do!! You both are an inspiration.
We love to hike and go on family bike rides!
Walking the dogs are the best with the kids, otherwise hiking is my favorite thing to do with my husband.
Our favorite activity is mountain biking. We just completed our first group event in September, we did a 44 mile ride which was my longest to date. Working toward my next goal of 100k

Walking! It?s the cheapest thing to do and it?s what I am medically approved to do at this point in time(post csection) plus it gets me outside!
Family bike rides, walks around the neighborhood, snow shoeing in the winter, SUP in the summer.
My husband and I like to hike Thunderbird mountain in AZ together on the weekends! It?s our ?us? time to put down the electronics and distractions.
My husband Peter and I love to Paddleboard together, We live on beautiful Vancouver Island and love being on the ocean together.
