Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! We like to hike, play tennis, and have good sex. Cardio comes in lots of forms!
Going to the gym together when we travel! When we are home we take turns due to the kids, but when we manage a mommy daddy get away we love to workout together!
Currently our favorite active thing to do is play Pickleball together. We love it so much. It?s fun, allows to spme nd Time together, we can get the kids involved and you work up a sweat! ??
Long walks around the lake with our dogs
Kenzie Douglas is my partner & our favorite active thing to do is make up bodyweight challenges for eachother and race &/or always find a cool trail or mountain to hike when we are traveling or vacationing! Being active together and making our health a priority has been our relationship 10x stronger & it only continues to grow! <3

My husband and I love to run the trails together! He’s my pacer. I love running with him and reaching our goals together.
We love to workout, but haven’t been great about it since having our 1st child. Now, our exercise is lifts (of our 14 month old) and walks (for the dogs)! ?
A good nature hike with my fianc? and dog are always relaxing, refreshing, and have many times have been a therapeutic reset to keep our spirits on track! Something about fresh air & sunshine just boost our connection!?
