Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Hiking/hunting with our kiddos!
My husband and I love to go hiking with our 7 month old daughter! Getting outside and getting Some cardio in as a family is the best!
My husband Kory and I absolutely love anything and everything outside. We?ve found night time runs to be so special during our 1st year of marriage! However, Hitting the gym is our favorite, we have complete different body types and metabolism. He encourages me to lift heavier and I encourage him to run faster! 😉 We would love to win this giveaway and get started on this challenge together!
My husband and I love hiking with our two kiddos. I wear our 4 month old and he usually ends up with our 4 year old on his shoulders. The burn from the added weight is great!

We go on family walks. Other activities include chasing after our 3 year old lifting our rapid growing 4 month old. Ha!

I love walking with my bestest friend in the entire world. My sister. We vent and encourage each other with whatever it may be. After a good walk we both feel amazing. I can only imagine how we could feel if we did even more.
