Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! My husband and I have been active together since we met over 4 years ago! We both have been overweight, he lost 60lbs right before we met!!! And I lost about 20 when I was younger!
We both have a huge passion for fitness and love being active! We go to the gym together every day, and although we do different workouts, were always there to encourage each other, push each other, and spot each other!
He?s taught me how to do handstands and walk on my hands!!!! Never thought I could do something like that! And he can do over TEN handstand push-ups!!!!! Whaaaat?!?!? He?s a badass 🙂
I feel so lucky to have my best friend & husband enjoy this lifestyle with me!! We both looooove food too so it?s always a tricky balance of not overindulging in too many tasty treats!! We would both love to lean down a bit, and having a challenge to be apart of would make it so much fun!!!
Our favorite activities to do together are hiking, riding our bikes, and going to the gym ?
While we normally work out on our own during the weekdays (him doing obstacles and me doing Jazzercise+ the gym) my husband and I like to go to his gym and run fun obstacles like the ones on American Ninja Warrior! While he is stronger than me we like the competition and to challenge each other!
My wife and I enjoy running together. We have completed the half marathons as a couple, but both still struggle shedding the extra pounds. We could both use a little extra motivation.
My favorite active thing to do with my hubby iiiiiis when we do leg day together! That or when we use our toddler as a weight and do family workouts?
Me and my boyfriend LOVE hiking In our beautiful state of Utah! We go to the gym together every day after work and on the weekends love to explore the amazing trails and scenery in the Rocky Mountains!
Me and my fianc? love to walk a lot and we looking forward to join the challenge to get fit and stay healthy
My newly fianc? and I have been struggling to find workouts that are equally challenging to the both of us to do together. Typically we hit the gym separately but on occasion go hiking or biking by the beach. That is where we are headed now! ???

My husband and I used to always be pretty active together. Going on runs and walks. But after I had our 2 children, I have definitely been slacking in the fitness and nutrition area of my life. My husband is still very active and involved in coaching multiple sports. He is always encouraging me and cheering me on to be the best and healthiest me. I just want to live up to his and my expectations. We are making it a goal to get healthy and fit together!
