I don’t know about you, but when that first day of summer hits, it feels like all the routines I so carefully crafted during the school year quickly go right out the window. I’m often left asking myself, “How can I spend time with my family (the day-to-day stuff + vacations and so on) and do all the business things (because businesses don’t take a summer break!) and make sure I’m fueling and moving my body so I can do all the things and stay consistent with my goals?”

So even if you can only get in 5 minutes of movement, that totally counts, and that few minutes will help you progress towards your fitness goals.
