My Go-To Smoothie and Shake Recipes: On a hot summer day (and really, any day, right?), a smoothie or shake is a perfect meal! Smoothies help pack in those healthy micronutrients without even realizing you’re drinking your veggies.

They’re also a great way to stay cool and save yourself some time with meal prep?exactly what this mama needs with four littles running around all season long.   1. I need this!! Wow such a great giveaway! I am consistent and work hard everyday at the gym and would love to have a dedicated program that evolves over time and will get better and better. I make time for myself and is in turn makes me a better wife and mother mentally and physically. Gym time is therapy for me, I can leave it all there and walk away better after. Coaching would really step up my game and help me where I struggle, which is healthy creative recipes and more intense exercises that push me even further!

  2. Wow, I would love to have the opportunity to begin a transformation. In the past year I have gained 20 pounds, I weigh the most I ever have with the exception of being pregnant with my children. It seems as though I hit 44 and the once flat stomach I had began to change, my pants were getting tighter and I thought what is happening. Then on October 9, 2017 I lost my home in the Northern California wildfires. Then came the additional pounds. It?s been difficult but when I am not working, I am sitting at a computer figuring out insurance and the next steps we must take to recover, then there is the 4 kids I run around daily. However, schools almost out and after the fires my long time boyfriend asked me to marry him and we are getting married September 15th!! I am motivated and ready to get my body back, my confidence and strength back as well. I admire you so much!! Thank you!

  4. I’m a mother of three beautiful children. Two of which are special needs. I need to be healthy and strong to care for them. And some day be a grandma for daughter’s children in the future. My husband and mother have health issues and I want to be healthy to be able to help them as well.

  5. I never though I was big until my long term relationship ended with my ex saying ?It?s unfair that everyone else has a thin girlfriend?. I was always big, but never THIS big. At the time i was okay with the weight Because i was always happy. I live to make others smile and laugh! After my break-up I traveled to Europe by myself to prove I could do something for myself. I sat through 23 hours of uncomfortable flights because I was in denial and wouldn?t ask for a seatbelt extender and because I squeezed my legs together so my thighs wouldn?t touch my neighbor. When I got home I stopped looking at myself on the mirror and avoided pictures because all I could see was a fatty. I decided to take action. I paid a year in advance for a personal trainer and kicked my butt! I gave up soda, coffee, and drank a gallon of water a day for 6 months! I even started teaching water aerobics at two of my local pools. When the scale or inches didnt show progress my trainer would accuse me of sabatoging my progress (that?s if he showed up to our scheduled meetings). So I lost hope. Then my best friend suggested the transform app. I paid for a year and I finally see progress. I feel better, I feel happy, and it feels so good to worry about how I feel about myself instead of what others think. I do think there are more people who are more deserving of a lifetime transform pass and I will reach my goals because I am strong and capable, but if I was picked I could put that money towards my nursing classes. I want to inspire others to take charge of not only their physical health, but they?re mental health as well. I also want to fit on an airline seat without being worried that I may have to get an extender or rub up on anyone!

    I feel like, I just badly NEED this. I need the next level of help! I?m a Mamma of two Girls! Who I?m trying to be my best for! A living breathing example for them to follow AND LOOK UP TO! It?s so so important to teach our kids now the importance of health. I watched my mom struggle for years as a young girl battling every yo yo diet out there, and I have the done the same my whole life thus far. I?m 38 and I feel like before the 40?s hit me I NEED CHANGE! I actually love working out, but the extra weight makes it hard on my joints! I have 40lbs to lose and keep off for life! I am eating a lifestyle now and I?m trying every day to survive the plan!! I struggle with the mental challenge of my mind telling me that the bad for me Food will make me happy. When I know this is just a long dark road if I take it! I binge eat when anything in life stresses me out and I feel depressed and just plain mad at myself after. So my new plan has been to eat clean and allow myself something I enjoy once a week. After finding you guys, along with some other books, and motivational leaders to listen too….. I?m on the path to change it all around! Mentally I still struggle and that will be my biggest challenge! Well, That and balancing all these lovely hormones that are taking me for a rollercoaster ride!!!!! But I know I can do this!!!!! I am capable of getting anything I want! Including a dreamy health machine for a physique!! I love how much y?all inspire everyone around you!!!! And I would love nothing more than to be your winner! I am so so often the giver in every situation I enter and this would just be everything to me! To put myself first and be my best me with the best team behind me all the way!   7. i have MS, and while I?ve done great for more than 20 yrs, the last few years I have been losing ability in my legs. They give out on me. Just lose strength. That, coupled with needing knee replacements, already had a hip replacement, just makes me very frustrated when it comes to exercise! I would like to lose 50-75 lbs, but don?t know how to do that when my legs are so limited. About 1-2 minutes on the elliptical and i am wondering how i will get upstairs…stairs are difficult anywsy, but worse when your legs are gone, and knees are bad.
    I would love to get a routine, and figure out what to do with diet, so i can ?transform ? this old body! ? my husband of 32 yrs would be right there with me to provide support!

  9. I have been wanting to order the app. But financially strapped. 3 years ago I suffered a hemorrhagic stroke and had to relearn to walk, talk and care for myself.
