My Go-To Smoothie and Shake Recipes: On a hot summer day (and really, any day, right?), a smoothie or shake is a perfect meal! Smoothies help pack in those healthy micronutrients without even realizing you’re drinking your veggies.

They’re also a great way to stay cool and save yourself some time with meal prep?exactly what this mama needs with four littles running around all season long. Just add the ingredients to your blender and voila! Total plus: All of the recipes below are Powell Pack approved, kid-friendly treats that our family loves to drink! YUM.

Top Family Activities + Family Workouts: For me, summer is all about savoring that extra time with the kids and trying new things. While swimming and splash pads are a great way to cool down, we can’t ignore the fact that workouts are still a necessity too!

I am a single mom of seven currently working in my doctorate- life is busy and I want to focus on making myself the best version of me so my kids will see my example – when life gets hard we don?t quit. I don?t have time for the gym so the app will be essential in helping be focus my efforts and work smarter-I have always struggled a little in this area and when I watched Heidi so freely play in her bathing suit on the last Instagram story I said , out loud, I wonder what that feels like to be free and not feel insecure about your body -? This last 2 years have been especially stressful as my husband had been very sick leading to the gift of a double lung transplant almost one year ago.     I would live this opportunity to have a lifetime of coaching from you guys.
    Like many people in this world I have and have had a constant battle with my weight over the years and have lost 20 kg over the past while so that I can have an operation on the veins, but seem to have leveled out at the moment as I need to loose a bit more and thus time keep it off but I need some thing extra to get going again, weather it’s a kick up the bum or a new training routine. My wife is a runner and constantly trains and my goal one day is to actually go for a run with her instead of being the support team and meeting her at the end of the race.
    I know you are going hundred of similar stories, but I would love this opportunity to be coached by you and experience your energy and positivity.

    So I?m desperate, I need your help!!!!
    My biggest problem is staying consistent since I?ve never found a program or routine that I feel works best for me…I?m a busy mom of 2 small boys that works full time so it?s also hard to find something that will fit my schedule. I feel like I do so good But never see the results I crave. I feel like unless I?m an Instagram fitness model, it?s impossible for a ?real person? to actually be a mom with abs ? so then I give up. I could really use this & so could my fellow moms I tagged. We try to keep each other motivated so they are my biggest cheerleaders, since they feel the same way.
