My Go-To Smoothie and Shake Recipes: On a hot summer day (and really, any day, right?), a smoothie or shake is a perfect meal! Smoothies help pack in those healthy micronutrients without even realizing you’re drinking your veggies.

They’re also a great way to stay cool and save yourself some time with meal prep?exactly what this mama needs with four littles running around all season long.     I would love to win your giveaway because your app is amazing and I can see it being the tool I need to get in shape. I already have the one year but it would be so nice to not worry about renewing. I have struggled with my weight all my life but this last year and a half have been extremely stressful with my parents health and it has resulted in me gaining so much weight. I am a 911 Dispatcher and help people all the time. I need help. My kids need a healthy mom.

I?m a stay at home mom with two teenage step kids and a toddler and just recently found out I am pregnant. So, much like yourself, I understand what it is like to be a mom of many children and also feel the need to maintain a career, take care of yourself, take care of your house, and her husband. I am super interested in health and nutrition and have been in school for year now to become a certified health coach and I?m looking into doing online school to become a certified nutritionist as well. Having the transform app at my fingertips for a lifetime would be extremely beneficial not only for my physical health but my mental health. Us moms put in so much work for everyone around us but sometimes we forget about ourselves. I was determined after my daughter was born via c-section to get back into shape and be the healthiest version of me. Not only did I get back into shape, I am in the best shape of my life!     First, Thank you so much for doing the back on track to put me back into a proper mindset. I am on day three and just finished my 5 minutes of walking lunges! Holy Quads!! I just started regularly exercising again in the month of May. We moved to a new location and my self care went towards other things such as packing and unpacking etc. You and Chris are just awesome people and I truly love how your hearts are just for serving others in this area and really growing people not just physically but emotionally and mentally. I believe the mental is my biggest defeat. I have wanted to write into yall so many times because I just can’t seem to shake this weight no matter what I try. My hormones are everywhere with PCOS symptoms which makes weight dropping difficult. I did drop from 210 to 177 being on the candida diet but once I stopped that, which I was on for about a year, weight keeps creeping back even though my diet isn’t that bad. I am thinking with all the methods that I have tried my body just doesn’t know what to do with what I eat anymore and it’s very frustrating and this is where I get defeated. I wish I had a restart bottom like a computer! I weighed myself when I started working out 21 days ago and I weighed 189 and then I just weight myself again and I gained now it says 194. On a 5’4 frame medium build not where I want to go is up. I do know that my body puts on muscle quickly but I also know that I have a good percentage of fat that I need to lose so this where my minds thinks what else can I do, how else can I clean up my diet. When will I have the toned arms, legs and abs that I have always wanted. I have done programs from weight watchers to 21 days fix to Insanity. I have spent countless hours in the gym. Doing the weight lifting classes and zumba! I get to the point where sometimes I say why bother but this is also my passion. I want to physically look like what I work hard for. I want my two children who are 7 and 3 to see that it is important to take care of our bodies with proper exercise and nutrition. That these ways are beneficial to our health and it does pay off and that eating healthy is not yucky. I am so tired of the up and down with my body and wish that I can get to where I want to be. I have always wanted to work with people as a personal trainer and health coach but haven’t fulfilled this dream because I think if I don’t look that part how can I teach it. I actually just inquired about taking classes to become a personal trainer and someone called me back but I have yet to contact them because I am waiting on my body.
